Military, Families & Veterans

Transitioning from active duty to civilian life/being a Veteran can feel like a daunting challenge. Having personally experienced this transition as a military spouse, I understand the complexities that come with adjusting to life after service. I support military members and veterans as they navigate the shift to civilian life, address identity changes, and cope with the stress and trauma that may arise during and after their service. We can work on managing your anxiety, or processing post-traumatic grief & loss. Together, we can focus on rebuilding your sense of purpose and mental well-being.

First Responders

First responders, such as firefighters, police officers, paramedics, and emergency medical technician, face high-stress situations daily, and it can take a toll on mental health. I work with first responders to process trauma, cope with stress, and maintain emotional well-being in such demanding roles. Together, we’ll focus on building resilience and finding balance in your personal and professional life.

General Support for Adults (18+)
