At the heart of my practice is the belief in radical care. Serving as a way to build community and uplift others, radical care has roots in Black, queer, and feminist activism. It’s more than bubble baths and self-help books (though those have their place). Radical care is about holding space for the full spectrum of your experience: your pain, your progress, your identities, your voice, and finding balance in the midst of it all. It's a commitment to tending to yourself and your community with intention and compassion, even when the world feels heavy.

For me, radical care means acknowledging the strength it takes to keep going, and the courage it takes to pause. It means creating a space where therapists, healthcare workers, students, caregivers, military service members, veterans, and anyone serving others can finally receive the support they deserve.

As a Florida native, surfing has always been a powerful metaphor for me. I think of therapy like balancing on a surfboard, trying to stay grounded while riding a powerful wave. Some moments call for radical acceptance, others invite bold change. Therapy, like surfing, takes presence, resilience, and the willingness to get back up when the wave crashes. I’m here to help you ride those waves with greater strength, skill, and support.

I offer virtual therapy in Florida to adults 18 and older, and specialize in working with people who care for others. This includes mental health professionals, nurses, doctors, social workers, first responders, military and veteran communities, and family caregivers. I also have a passion for supporting college students and emerging professionals, especially those in helping professions who are navigating career identity, burnout, or the transition into clinical work.

In addition to therapy, I provide clinical supervision for registered social work interns and consultation for licensed therapists. I also facilitate professional development workshops focused on emotional wellness, resilience, and enhancing clinical skills.

My practice is fully virtual, making it accessible to clients throughout the state of Florida. Whether you're in Orlando, Jacksonville, Pensacola, Tampa, or a small rural town, virtual therapy in Florida allows us to meet wherever you are, both literally and emotionally.
